She works with clients to develop personalized and flexible estate plans to provide for the tax-efficient transfer of their assets to their intended beneficiaries. She also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the estate administration process, and assists owners of closely-held businesses in the development and implementation of succession plans.
